is located in Viganj, a small town 5 kilometres west of Orebić. It sits on an elevated position, on the slopes of St. Ilija, just 250 metres away from the sea.
It is one of only a handful of renowated houses in the old village which is a candidate for the UNESCO World Heritage List.
This one-of-a-kind hedonist belvedere guards over Peljesac channel; it watches over the old town of Korcula, keeps count of mistral winds and waves goodbye to the sailboats…

The grounds are dominated by a large main terrace, which offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the sea and old town of Korcula. On the side of the house, there is a second terrace with a stone barbecue and a dining table (and a sea-view, too). A free parking spot is in the immediate vicinity of the house. The villa is surrounded by scent of Mediterranean plants and stone ruins of the historical village.
The house spreads over two floors: offering 100 m2 of an excellent interior layout, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is air-conditioned, with additional sleeping option in the living room, and a fireplace that easily turns this summer residence in a cosy late-autumn nest.
